Apprenticeships [see a list of employers with vacancies]
Apprenticeships are when you learn a certain role on the job. It's like shadowing someone who's experienced in a job so you yourself can become better at the job.
More often than not, you can still study whilst an apprentice. However, your study scope is very narrow and you'll only really be qualified for the job you're an apprentice in, and maybe a few other closely knit areas.
